This year we successfully rebooted Valentines Day into Generosity Day – with the simple concept of spending the day doing small acts of kindness in a pay-it-forward structure. The global movement was captured by the Huffington Post, CNN News and others!
Now it’s time to share our stories of Generosity and discuss how we can continue to change our community and our world by shifting one YES at a time.
We promise you four great speakers that will engage and stimulate your mind with different takes on Generosity:

There will be an introduction on what is patient capital? How does Acumen make investments? How does Acumen find social entrepreneurs and what are the impacts since the 10 years Acumen Fund has been running?
This open session is intended for young professionals, students and anyone interested in impact investing, social entrepreneurship and global development. It will cover the essential objectives and values of patient capital. If you are already a knowledgeable impact investor – please consider attending our session ACUMEN 202 at a later date.

DIGNITY is a one-night photo exhibition & auction benefiting Acumen Fund, a not-for-profit venture fund that uses entrepreneurial approaches to alleviate global poverty.
Curated by Nuru Project, a group using photography for social change, the event will feature Nuru’s prints for live & silent auction donated by renowned artists with the event proceeds going directly to Acumen Fund
